All bootcamps are one hour sessions. We ask that all new members arrive 10 - 15 minutes early on your first workout to check-in and meet your trainer.
A2BF is for all fitness levels. Men and women of all ages and abilities can participate in the workouts, they are designed to go at your own pace. Your trainer will know how to accommodate all different fitness levels, motivate and push you to do your best. Don't be afraid of being a beginner everyone was a beginner at some point.
Full body functional workouts that combines strength, core and cardio training. Each workout is different focusing on different training like interval training, metabolic conditioning, endurance training and functional fitness. The workouts will be challenging but fun and will give you that boost you need for a great day.
No worries your trainer can give you modified exercises to work around your injury. Just remember it is best to get checked out by a doctor to make sure you can continue working out.
Bring water, a towel, mat and dumbbells or exercise band to each workout. A durable mat is best.
Sure the more the better and it's always nice to have someone you know to workout with and support you. If you bring a friend come early so they can meet the trainer and fill out the appropriate forms. Have them bring the same items you would bring to a bootcamp class.
No this is not your typical gym workout or gym class. We meet up in various locations, we have a mix of beginners all the way to advance levels and the workouts vary between cardio, boxing, HIIT, body weight exersices, agility training, individual, partner and team training. Sweating and getting dirty is authorized, cheering your fellow workout partners on is encouraged along with challenging each other to do better.
